Harajuku is the fashion and trend starting center of Tokyo. Much of the action is centered around Omotesando Dori a street which runs from JR Harajuku Station to Omotesando subway station. On Sundays, young teenagers dress up in all manner of outlandish costumes. They became internationally known after they were portrayed in Gwen Stefani's music videos.
